The cork war would be the common thread of the latest murders that have bloodied the small town of Ortueri in Mandrolisai. The Carabinieri of the investigative unit of Nuoro would be convinced of this, who in recent times have managed to limit the place from where hired killers arrived in Barbagia di Nuoro.

There would therefore be more than one man under investigation for the murders of Graziano Loddo, which occurred in January of last year, and that of Marcello Musu, also a 54-year-old farmer, killed in February 2021.

For the investigators, the interest has turned to the towns of Orani, Oniferi, Sarule and Orotelli
