Oristano stopped to remember Chiara , the thirteen year old killed by her mother last Saturday .

In the school square , over a thousand people gathered for a moment of recollection , in touching silence: in the front row Piero Carta, Chiara's father , family members and the archbishop Roberto Carboni, the mayor Massimiliano Sanna and the Prime Minister Peppi Puddu. And lots of kids, surrounded by their parents and teachers.

To break that silence the music with the Eleonora d'Arborea ethnic polyphonic choir who sang "Su bolu 'e s'astore", then the Maurizio Carta choir who sang "Deus ti salvet Maria". And on these notes some white balloons were let go towards the sky, two white roses were placed on one of the school windows .

Long and heartfelt moments for a last hug to Chiara.
