Harassing behavior, threats , and continued attempts to contact his ex-wife , despite their relationship having ended: these are the repeated acts that led to the arrest of a man in Oristano by the state police.

The investigation, conducted by the Flying Squad, stemmed from a complaint filed by the victim. Initially, the judicial authorities placed the suspect under house arrest with an electronic tag, as well as a ban on communicating with the woman. However, the man repeatedly violated the measures imposed, contacting the victim and repeatedly threatening her.

In light of the serious violations found, the Judicial Authority has therefore ordered the aggravation of the precautionary measure, replacing house arrest with pre-trial detention in prison.

The man was then tracked down and arrested by investigators from the Flying Squad, who then took him to prison at the disposal of the Judicial Authorities.
