The method that the health company recommends to avoid long lines, that is, booking by email to have a precise time, did not work as it should. The times that users received days before were not respected.
At 8:40 for example, the nurse on duty, alone despite the crowd, was still calling the patients booked for eight. In the small room, therefore, the number of people was increasing more and more, as were the complaints . Also because, in addition to those booked, those without a reservation were also called. In the face of privacy, moreover. As always, everyone could hear everything: therefore, the name and surname of the patient who was called and the telephone number. But not only that. The sheet with all the names of the people booked on the nurse's desk was incomplete: many of the booked people were not included in the list.
The nurse, visibly embarrassed, who was interrupted every 5 minutes by patients who had an appointment but were not called, told everyone present to complain to the management, since the mistake was not her fault. But the situation was the same every day. After about an hour of waiting, despite the reservation, the patients were invited to go to the blood sampling room where the wait was also long. Only two nurses were working on the blood sampling, the other five stations were empty. The ASL of Oristano has announced that it will try to understand the reason for the various inconveniences.
