Oristano, Carabinieri arrive at his home to arrest him: his father tries to stop them, but he runs away.

They attempted to enforce a custody order for multiple convictions, and in the end, the father ended up in trouble, while those who were supposed to be in jail escaped.

The incident occurred yesterday in the city. The Carabinieri knocked on the door of Gianni Manis's home, intending to find his son Fabrizio and take him to Massama prison to serve a series of sentences he had accumulated over time. It was an execution order like so many others, and in reality, it shouldn't have had major repercussions.

Instead, the Carabinieri found themselves confronted by Fabrizio Manis's father, who allegedly attempted to restrain the officers, first with words and then, apparently, by raising his hands. The struggle gave the boy plenty of time to escape the house, and indeed, by the time the Carabinieri managed to calm Gianni Manis down, his son had disappeared without a trace.

The father was then taken to the police station on Via Loffredo, also charged with aiding and abetting. The boy, however, has so far disappeared.
