Oristano, blitz by the police: the protest against the wind farm has been cleared but the protest does not stop

The diehards have no intention of moving from the port of Oristano . But in the early afternoon the police blitz began : the anti-wind defense garrison was cleared out.

The police, carabinieri, port master's office and financial police had the white gazebos dismantled , which had become the demonstrators' headquarters for days, and then the evidentiary seizure began. The officers identified all those present and twelve people were reported for violation of the navigation code for having occupied a public state-owned area without any authorization .

The eviction would have been decided during a summit in the prefecture .

In the meantime , the demonstrators and the representatives of the committees do not intend to retreat an inch , on the contrary they are making an appeal to other committees and citizens to continue the battle.

Also today the police reported a man from Oristano who approached the garrison with smoke bombs and other prohibited objects, while on Monday evening three people from Cagliari (already known to the police) on their way to the Oristano airport were reported for carrying improper weapons: in the car they had pickaxes, clubs and chains.
