Today Roman Proken , assisted by public defender Andrea D'Andrea , appeared in court in Oristano for the validation hearing.

The man, of no fixed abode, arrived in the city after being released from the Uta penitentiary. A few hours of freedom, then the troubles started again in a bar in Piazza Sant'Efisio . Accomplice a few too many drinks, according to what was reconstructed by the investigators, the 41-year-old began to bother the other customers of the bar . When the situation was threatening to degenerate, the police were called for intervention: the officers of the flying squad found the man rather excited, with a bottle in his hand and a threatening manner. They tried to calm him down but in response he pushed an officer, another managed to snatch the bottle from him but the 41-year-old hit him with a punch . At that point he was taken to the police station where he continued to swear, damaging the furniture. Proken ended up in jail, the judge Cristiana Argiolas validated the arrest and ordered the obligation to sign . The hearing has been postponed to May 12.
