The list of gifts available is long. Prices vary, from 5 to 50 euros. These are small gifts, in short, but they will bring big smiles to those suffering, even during the holidays . Santa Claus is also coming to the "Santa Maria Bambina" Rehabilitation Center in Oristano. The Nostra Signora del Rimedio Foundation invites you to donate useful materials for those who are ill: items carefully selected by the facility's healthcare professionals and listed on Amazon as part of the "Brighten Up Christmas at the Santa Maria Bambina Rehabilitation Center" initiative.

The recipients are patients forced to stay at the center, located near the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Rimedio, for rehabilitation following car accidents, strokes, major trauma, or other conditions such as Alzheimer's. Participating in the donation is simple: simply visit the dedicated page on Amazon, choose the product, purchase it, and ship it directly to the facility. The list prepared by the facility's professionals includes everything from toys of all kinds and for all ages, craft supplies, everything needed for rehabilitation, books, paints, pens, varnishes, fabrics, brushes, chalkboards, lamps, various rehabilitation aids, and much more.

The gifts are already arriving, and on Christmas Day, the presents will be opened. As the facility states, each product is designed to promote independence, develop social skills, and enhance motor, cognitive, and sensory abilities. Each gift is not just an object, but a tool that enriches the daily lives of the center's residents and opens up new opportunities for participation.

"Any item that arrives at the facility is very welcome, let's be clear," comments Monsignor Gianfranco Murru, who has led the Nostra Signora del Rimedio Foundation for years. "I thank the donors in advance. As I often say on various occasions, it's not the gift itself that counts, its value, but the thought: knowing that someone is thinking of someone who is ill is truly beautiful and important. Especially during the holidays. These are items designed for those suffering from specific pathologies and in need of encouragement. Christmas, after all, should be for everyone." A charity that benefits both those who receive it and those who give it.
