A make-up "school" for those who have faced or are facing oncological therapies. A way to learn how to make yourself and feel beautiful even when the disease manages to change the skin of the face and beyond. What used to be just an initiative in collaboration with the Lilt of Oristano led by the president Eralda Licheri, always at the forefront of raising awareness of prevention, has now become a real project.
The idea comes from Giulia Falsarone, owner of the Pleasure institute. «I have many oncological clients and most of them ask me for a solution to regain possession of their appearance - she says - The truth is that many times I have swallowed tears in front of their reaction of a smile in front of the mirror after an aesthetic treatment. I make an effort to remember to maintain my professionalism, which in that moment honestly goes down the drain, because I repeat, cancer is a topic that is particularly close to my heart. It is for this reason that thanks to the collaboration with Lilt of Oristano and Conad Oristano - Let's support the passions. We have created an important project entitled "I have a trick to start over". It is a personalized and completely free make-up school for those who have undergone cancer therapies and teach them how to wear make-up».
Women who rely on Pleasure's tricks and mirrors learn to draw the line of the eyebrows to that of the lip contour. But also to choose the right foundation for your skin up to the application of mascara. «A research has indeed highlighted how greater attention to the aesthetics of cancer patients can facilitate their therapeutic path - concludes Giulia Falsarone - Wearing make-up may be considered a small thing, but it turns out to be of great importance for a woman who sees her image change at the same time mirror".
