An act of vandalism and a serious threat that has shaken the community of Orgosolo , where yesterday morning death inscriptions with crosses drawn on them were found on the little church of San Marco a Montes.
The messages were addressed to Barbara Denti , a Forestas official and director of the Supramonte - Gennargentu forest complex , creating great concern among citizens and local authorities.
The investigators are keeping a tight lid on the matter: the threatening graffiti, which included death messages and disturbing symbols, were discovered very early in the morning and had already been removed by the municipal administration yesterday .
The police were immediately alerted. The Carabinieri of Orgosolo and the Nuoro company went to the scene.
To make the message even more disturbing, the fact that next to Denti's name, another person's name also appeared . It is a forestry worker who has just been hired, and who started working at the Montes construction sites a few weeks ago. A clear attempt at intimidation.
The authorities have launched an investigation to identify those responsible for this act.
