Facilitating the meeting between supply and demand of work in view of the next summer season : the fourth edition of Talent Day is underway, a national format, organized by Fipe Confcommercio Gallura, in collaboration with the Bilateral Tourism Agency of Sardinia and the Chamber of Commerce of Sassari, presented this morning in Olbia by the president of Fipe area Gallura, Marco Mura, by the representatives of Confcommercio Nord Sardegna, Nino Seu, Edoardo Oggianu, Alessandro Carta and Gianni Azara, and by the headmaster of Ipsar Costa Smeralda, Antonello Pannella, who will host the event.

Appointment on April 2, starting at 10, with the conference Catering and hospitality of the future : innovate to grow, in which the new trends and sustainable solutions for the sector will be illustrated and a research developed at the University of Sassari by the marketing professor, Giacomo Del Chiappa.

Following this, meetings between thirty local companies and potential workers: open to all those interested in working in the catering sector, the Ipsar institute is fielding two hundred candidates from its approximately six hundred students, between the Arzachena and Budoni branches.

The goal is not only to find resources for the summer openings of bars, restaurants and clubs, but also to raise awareness among young people about the need for seasonal experience as a training opportunity and a springboard for stable employment even in the winter.
