Ribbon cutting for the new Via De Filippi , in the heart of Olbia , after the end of the intervention for its redevelopment : clearly visible signs, adequate sidewalks, protected by bollards to avoid wild parking , and about ten parking spaces eliminated.

This morning, the mayor, Settimo Nizzi, inaugurated the new look of the street, an important artery for the traffic of the historic centre, and reopened it to traffic after three months of works costing 520 thousand euros , saying: «The road has been built to ensure safety for pedestrians and motorists and there will be zero tolerance: cars parking outside the stalls will be towed away immediately."

As for the abolition of parking, Nizzi adds: «We hope that those who say that there are few parking spaces are satisfied and are encouraged to abandon their cars, walk or cycle».
