Olbia has until July 3rd to submit its application for promotion to Serie D until 2:00 PM on July 8th. Along with the regulations for eligible clubs to register for the championship, the Lega Nazionale Dilettanti has published regulations for non-eligible clubs, which include those relegated at the end of the 2025/26 season.
Given that in a hypothetical ranking, the Whites, relegated in the play-off against Ischia, would be penalized for not having played in the youth and women's championships and for the two points "lost" in the standings due to the late registration last July, the repechage application must include several documents, including the Declaration of Availability of the playing field—which Olbia currently does not have—along with a copy of the agreement expiring no later than June 30, 2027, and a check for €24,000 (or bank transfer) to cover membership fees, member insurance, and registration fees, in addition to a special contribution of €50,000 and a bank guarantee of €31,000 expiring on July 11, 2027.
Relegated clubs with sports-related debts as of June 30, 2026, must also attach a non-transferable bank check (or a bank transfer receipt) payable to the beneficiary by July 8, 2026, payable to FIGC/Lega Nazionale Dilettanti, for an amount equal to the aforementioned debts. Alternatively, the balance of players' and coaches' monthly salaries, up to and including May, can be certified with releases or bank statements certifying payment.
Co.Vi.So.D will examine the documentation and issue a decision by July 14th. If approved, the application will be deemed accepted, and the club may be included in the appropriate ranking of "Non-Eligible Clubs" to complete the 162-team roster for the 2026/2027 Serie D Championship. Otherwise, an appeal may be filed by July 17th, and Covisod will have until July 28th to provide its reasons.
