New shocking acquittal in Tempio for a 45-year-old man, on trial since 2021 for the defamatory accusation of having sexually abused his daughter, a little girl of a few years.

The preliminary hearing judge Marcella Pinna exonerated the little girl's father with the broadest formula, because the fact does not exist . The prosecutor Noemi Mancini also asked for the man's acquittal.

From the proceedings, celebrated with the abbreviated rite, it emerged that the accusations made against the man by his ex-wife are completely unfounded , the same story of the little girl, who reported an alleged sexual assault that occurred in her father's home, in Olbia, had immediately appeared contradictory. The reliability of the little girl was called into question even in the first phase of the investigation.

In addition to the burden of the defamatory accusations, the man has suffered the consequences of the trial on a civil level, his daughter has in fact been entrusted to a support administrator. The defense, the lawyer Antonello Fadda, will now evaluate all the actions to protect the man.
