Take a picture from the privileged observers, school, associations and social services, of the current situation of the social and health services that deal with youth discomfort and prevention to promote concrete proposals for their strengthening in Gallura. This is the objective of the meeting "Who is listening to us?", promoted by the provincial secretariat and the Olbia municipal councilors of the Democratic Party, which takes place today at 6 pm in the Olbia headquarters of the party.

Open to all citizens, and with the intervention of stakeholders, the focus of the debate is the reception and care of young people between the ages of 14 and 20 who show significant psychological distress, without neglecting the pre-school age that needs specialist assessments, taking into consideration the difficulties and delays that often characterize the start of assessment and diagnosis procedures with inevitable repercussions on the consequent therapeutic and rehabilitation pathways.

The meeting was attended by the provincial secretary, Mariangela Marchio, the city secretary, Pietro Spano, the group leader of Olbia Democratica in the city council, Ivana Russu, the head teacher, Gianluca Corda, and the coordinator of the social services of the municipality of Loiri Porto San Paul, Antonella Malu. The debate is open to families, professionals and associations that deal with the protection and inclusion of people with disabilities, including the Sensibilmente Odv association.
