The Sassari Review Court canceled the suspension of the director of the Provincial Industrial Consortium of North East Sardinia, Aldo Carta, as part of the investigation by the Tempio Pausania Public Prosecutor's Office for an alleged auction disruption on the Geovillage mega resort in Olbia.

The revocation of the precautionary disqualification measure of one year from his functions follows by a few days the revocation of the suspension from positions of presidency or company director of the entrepreneur Gavino Docche, creator of the Geovillage, investigated together with his son Fabio and for whom the review he had already lifted house arrest.

According to the accusation, the two entrepreneurs would have interfered in the bankruptcy procedure of the complex, preventing the activation of the tender for the sale.

In December the Supreme Court, at the request of the defenders, had annulled the suspension order ordered by the investigating judge and sent it back to other judges of the Review.
