Struck by a cerebral hemorrhage in August 2022, Denise Casu faced a complex course of treatment, between the Emergency Room of the Giovanni Paolo II, the Aou of Sassari and the Mater Olbia Hospital, where she completed her rehabilitation.
In the conference room of the Mater, on Thursday at 10:30, the protagonist of an exemplary story of survival and rebirth, presents the autobiographical book È sempre vita, to tell her experience together with the healthcare personnel who saved her life and who took care of her recovery.
In addition to the testimony of Denise, 35 years old from Berchidda and who lives in Monti, those of the doctors of the ASL Gallura working at the Giovanni Paolo II Emergency Room, Rosy Beretta and Cristina Mulas, of the colleagues of the University Hospital of Sassari, Riccardo Boccaletti and Giampiero Muggianu, and of the specialists of the Mater Olbia, Dario Luchetti and Patrizia Pisanu.
