The medical certificates speak of an aneurysm , therefore the transfer to Cagliari for a specific operation, but the doctors report that the "aneurysm rupture" has occurred and the woman is taken back to Olbia, in desperate conditions. The only possibility is hospitalization in the intensive care unit.
