October is coming: sun and temperatures up to 28 degrees on the Island

The sun is coming and temperatures are rising with a nice “October” on Sardinia and much of the country.

Antonio Sanò, founder of iLMeteo.it, confirms the strong recovery of high pressure over Italy with the cessation of heavy rains that hit especially the Center-North in the first ten days of October. And if on the Island temperatures will drop slightly in the next few hours due to cooler winds from the northern quadrants, the heat will return over the weekend with maximum peaks of 28 degrees expected in the western and southern areas.

The North African anticyclone that will remain over Sardinia at least until October 19th is causing the rise in temperatures, with temperatures around 6°/8° above average.

High temperatures are also expected in the eastern sectors where they will widely exceed 25°.

Weather models also indicate the possibility of good weather continuing almost until the end of the month.
