Naturalistic and archaeological walks, two home restaurants, sunset aperitifs in the lagoon and art workshops. Nurachi is preparing to welcome a new edition of "Nuracque - Intrecci Culturali", an event that from 4 to 6 October will transform the heart of Sinis into a lively crossroads of art, nature and traditions.
The festival will start on October 4th at 4:30 pm at the Torre di Pischeredda. From here a journey through the natural wonders of the lagoon will begin: at 5 pm the nature excursion to admire the local fauna in its habitat. Followed by an aperitif at sunset and at 8 pm stargazing.
The day will end with a dinner in the home restaurants. Creative workshops are scheduled for October 5: from launeddas with Jonathan Della Marianna, to the traditional art of weaving rushes with Rosalba Piras, to the creation of earth bricks with Luigia Demelas. Then it will be the turn of the initiative "Adopt an apiary" in the Is Casiddusu company, curated by Fulvio Atzori.
During the meeting, participants will be able to experience the fascinating world of bees firsthand. At 12pm, the meeting point is in the historic cellars of the town for an aperitif. From 2:30pm, workshops on wall decorations will be held, while from 3pm to 5pm, it will be possible to watch the creation of a work of art by Marco Pili in the heart of the town. History enthusiasts can take part in the excursion with archaeologist Valentina Chergia at 5pm.
The day will close with a wine tour at 6 pm, "Vernaccia & Terroir", led by the winemaker Paolo Pitzolu, and, to conclude, a convivial dinner outdoors under the stars . On Sunday, at 9 am, there will be both a kayak excursion along the Rio Mare Foghe and a bike ride. At 10 am, in the Oasi di Pischeredda, we will go back in time with the stories and legends of the Torre di Pischeredda, narrated by the archaeologist Valentina Chergia. And at the table, chef Dario Torabi will delight the palates of those present with a special lunch at the Casa Mediterranea.
