Another ninety days are needed to trace the cause of death of Roberto, the two-month-old baby who died Wednesday evening in Quartucciu in the arms of his mother and father who were trying to save him after a sudden illness.
Yesterday the forensic medicine team of the Monserrato hospital carried out the autopsy which would not have given any certainties on the cause of death of the little one: hence the need for histological tests which should clarify it with absolute certainty.
Meanwhile, Roberto's body will be returned to the family for the funeral. Great pain in Quartucciu with the country that has embraced the family of the little one. The condolences were expressed, precisely in the name of the entire citizenry, also by the mayor Pietro Pisu who will soon meet the family of the child.
"This is everyone's mourning - says the mayor - a very sad, sudden, dramatic story".
