New Year's Eve 2025 in Sardinia will not be a simple party, but a sound and visual experience that will make the entire island dance. With the claim "New Year's Eve 2025 in Sardinia, a whole other music!" , the regional department of Tourism - which today presented the program for New Year's Eve - has decided to focus on a mix of live events , warm welcome and breathtaking scenery to convince tourists and residents to choose Sardinia for the last night of the year.
Seventeen Municipalities will light the fuse of this widespread New Year's Eve thanks to a program that ranges from the big names of Italian rock to the talents of pop and dance music. The region has provided two bands of contributions to support the celebrations: five "big" cities such as Cagliari, Sassari, Alghero, Castelsardo and Olbia have won the role of protagonists, while another 12 Municipalities complete the map of the party.
The highlight of the evening on December 31st will see Gianna Nannini on stage in Sassari with her scratchy voice, while Cagliari is preparing for a memorable night with the unmistakable rhythm of Stewart Copeland , the legendary drummer of the Police. A few kilometers from the capital, Iglesias will offer a New Year's Eve full of energy with Le Vibrazioni and Il Pagante .
In Alghero, the 29th edition of “Cap d'Any” will give you musical fireworks: on December 30th, the historic DJs Albertino, Fargetta, Molella and Prezioso will bring their “DJ Time”, while on New Year's Eve Negramaro will take to the stage. Castelsardo will be no exception, fielding two darlings of Italian pop, Elodie and Irama .
In Gallura, Olbia will make the Brin pier tremble with Pinguini Tattici Nucleari and Boomdabash , while Golfo Aranci will celebrate with Fred De Palma 's hits. In Nuoro, the public will be able to sing with Giusy Ferreri , while Bosa will rely on the grit of Irene Grandi .
Oristano will host the young and talented Gaia , while Dorgali will propose a refined New Year's Eve with Max Gazzè accompanied by the Sardinia Jazz Orchestra . Desulo will anticipate the celebrations with the historic band Nomadi at the foot of Gennargentu.
