"A timed complaint." This is how Ninni Corda, general manager of Olbia Calcio, described the complaint that led to the NAS inspection last week before the Olbia-Monterotondo match.

The Carabinieri discovered that the defibrillators were five years out of date, as were the pads. The devices wouldn't turn on, and no inspections had been performed. This violates Law 116 of 2021, which requires sports clubs to equip themselves with defibrillators and trained personnel. The ambulance, however, was in order.

"We solved the problem in record time," adds Corda, who then denounces: "There is a fringe of external figures who are waging war against the company, even at such a delicate moment when its survival is at stake." He concludes: "These are people in bad faith."
