Muravera, Daniele Battaglia is the new commander of the Barracellare Company

The City Council of Muravera has officially appointed Daniele Battaglia as the new commander of the Barracellar Company for the three-year period 2025-2028. As stated in a note from the Municipality's Press Office, "Battaglia was chosen by the Council from a list of three names voted on by the Barracellar Assembly. The election was held by secret ballot, as established by law, and concluded with the unanimous approval of the chamber. The appointment will now be formalized with a mayoral decree, which will be followed by the provision for entry into service."

"The reconfirmation of the Barracellare company - the note continues - occurred automatically, as required by law, as no cancellation was presented in the six months preceding the expiry of the three-year period 2022-2025. With the election of Battaglia, a new operational cycle now opens, in continuity with the functions assigned to the company: rural surveillance and environmental protection".
