A 26-year-old migrant from Algeria was arrested by the investigators of the mobile squad and by the military of the Naval Station of the Financial Police of Cagliari: he returned to Italy before the age of three.

The 26-year-old, who arrived with the last few days' landings , was transferred to the first reception center in Monastir, where the checks on his identity began.

Investigators thus discovered that in 2019 he was expelled from Italian territory and was banned from returning for three years .

The policemen of the Immigration Office will start the procedure for the expulsion and repatriation.
