A car was destroyed by fire last night in Marrubiu . Residents raised the alarm around 4 a.m. when they noticed the blaze. Within minutes, their cars engulfed a Peugeot.

A team of firefighters from the Oristano command responded to the scene and quickly put out the fire, preventing it from spreading to other cars in the vicinity.

The Carabinieri are currently investigating the incident. At this time, no possibility has been ruled out, not even that of an act of intimidation.
