Validation hearing concluded for the three people arrested after an operation by the Cagliari Flying Squad in the Brin dock in Olbia .
The suspects Nicola Dui, 39, from Ardara, Gabriele Rocca, 23, from Orotelli and Florio Breschi, 62, from Grosseto appeared before the investigating judge of Tempio, Alessandro Cossu. They are all accused by the prosecutor Claudia Manconi of possession of three kilos of marijuana, a drug found inside a catamaran that left from Punta Ala and docked at the Brin pier in Olbia.
But from the investigations it emerges that the police, after the first search of the boat, moved to the countryside of Bolotana in a sheepfold in which, according to the indictment, there is a property available to Rocca. Who, according to what has emerged, is the nephew of Francesco Rocca, among those arrested for the robbery of the armored vehicles on the Aurelia.
In the sheepfold, more marijuana, money and a sort of accounting document were found , which is now being examined by investigators. The three have availed themselves of the right to remain silent, and are defended by lawyers Jacopo Merlini, Rinaldo Lai and Pietro Maria Sini.
