The Municipality is preparing for the limited number of people on the Mari Pintau beach from 2025. The Quartese stretch of crystal clear sea, stormed during the summer season, where access will be limited from next year.
"The maximum capacity will be decided by the experts who are working on the management plan of the site of community interest," explains Deputy Mayor Tore Sanna, "as well as the access methods. Our indication always remains the same: protect that beach ."
The same priority is also at the center of the 800 thousand euro plan approved by the Council to enhance the coastal area at the foot of the coast road to Villasimius . The project proposal, which includes among other things suspended walkways to preserve the beach and vegetation, was recently approved by the municipal executive, the next step will be to participate in the expression of interest to have the regional contribution.
