Macomer, two cars caught on fire overnight: investigation underway

There were moments of fear late yesterday evening in Macomer, where two cars caught fire on Via Don Milani. The alarm was raised around 11:30 PM: Team 7A of the Macomer fire department responded to the scene, quickly extinguishing the flames and preventing the fire from spreading to other vehicles parked nearby.

Once the fire was extinguished, firefighters proceeded to clear the area. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the fire, but arson has not yet been ruled out. Officers from the Macomer police station are also on site to conduct surveys and investigations.
