House arrest, this is the measure ordered by the judge of Tempio, Claudio Cozzella, against the Sassarese Emanuele Fiori , accused of a series of crimes ( the most serious that of improper robbery ) after an episode that took place in Sassari and culminated in the arrest of the man, in Trinità di Agultu, at the conclusion of a flight of more than 50 kilometres .

According to the Prosecutor of Tempio (competent because the last act of the story took place in Gallura) Fiori took possession of two lobsters, taken from the refrigerated counter of a market in Sassari, and when a security guard tried to stop him, the man he would have tried to run over him with his car (again according to the charge).

The police forces chased Fiori on the Castelsardo-Santa Teresa road, up to the tourist village of Isola Rossa (Trinità d'Agultu), where he was blocked by the personnel of the Local Police of Sassari. Today the man has made use of the right not to answer. During the hearing it emerged that the documents will be sent to the investigating judge of Sassari for territorial jurisdiction.
