Light rail works, carriageway reduced in viale Cimitero and via Dante
The new regulations in the centre of Cagliari will come into force starting from Tuesday 1 October

New traffic disruptions caused by the works for the construction of the light metro in Cagliari. From tomorrow, Tuesday 1 October, until Friday 4 , the carriageway will be temporarily reduced in viale Cimitero and via Dante, in the section between via Logudoro and via de Gioannis (ex Biochimico buildings side).
The new requirements, in force with ordinance number 2314 signed today, will allow the work already underway for years to continue between Viale Cimitero and Via Dante. In the indicated section, a 3.50 meter wide lane will remain open to traffic, with the establishment of a speed limit of 30 km/h .
Pedestrian paths and safe pedestrian transit will always be guaranteed.
