The object speaks of an apparently harmless “acknowledgment” . The resolution of the Solinas council, however, approves the feasibility studies for the new hospitals in Cagliari, Sulcis-Iglesiente, Alghero and Sassari .

But not only that: it mandates the health companies (various local health authorities, Aou turritana and Ares) to start "activities aimed at implementing the investment plan for the construction of the new facilities" .

And it also says how much the operations will cost: 798,958,800 euros, to be drawn from the "available resources deriving from the State-Region agreement on public finance".

Villa Devoto, led by the centre-right, has given indications on how to move around 800 million euros (even if the one in Sassari alone, once finished, will cost more than a billion).

He did it on February 23, two days before the elections : the resolution is part of the last minute package, over 200 in total, which triggered the anger of the president in pectore, Alessandra Todde .
