Land in Cagliari with more than a pound of shaboo: what is the devastating "Filipino drug" that also arrives in Sardinia

A Dominican woman from Barcelona was arrested at Elmas airport and taken to prison in Uta after being found in possession of 120 grams of "shaboo", the devastating "Filipino drug" that was about to be placed on the Cagliari market .

During normal airport checks, the men of the Guardia di Finanza and the officials of the Customs and Monopolies Agency of Cagliari, after stopping the woman, found 10 shaboo wrappers hidden in her private parts.

It is a colorless and odorless synthetic drug, usually imported from South East Asia and with devastating effects on users, ten times greater than those of cocaine . A substance that is spreading especially among young people. A methamphetamine that arrived in Italy a few years ago and was used in South East Asian communities to keep awake and active during work. People rarely survive for long by consuming it habitually .

A "normal" dose of shaboo is equal to a tenth of a gram, retailing for 40-50 euros . To give you an idea, cocaine is sold for 80-100 euros per gram. Therefore that quantity, placed on the market, would have brought in around 60 thousand euros .
