Sold out on La Pelosa beach like in summer . Five days after the start of reservations (May 13) and access limited to 1,500 people per day since last Thursday, the Stintino beach, among the top 50 most beautiful in Italy, was sold out on Sunday May 18.
Thanks to the sunny day with temperatures exceeding 20 degrees, ideal conditions for not giving up a swim in the crystal clear waters of the beach also appreciated for its white and very fine sand.
Therefore, the payment of the ticket and the control and surveillance activity on the observance of the Regulation are triggered in order to try to limit the damage to the delicate dune system and safeguard the natural heritage, with bans on the use of towels directly on the beach, rinsing feet and games before leaving the shore, to avoid removing the sand.
The race to grab a front row seat on the shoreline has already begun, but like every year the problem of fake sites arises again.
The warning message to beachgoers is written on the official booking site: "We have detected the presence of some sites that offer reservations for access to La Pelosa beach. We inform users that this is the only site authorized to sell reservations and no authorizations have been granted to third parties for the sale of the same."
