The man, resident in Sassari, in possession of a regular boat license, was reached by the military who ordered him to return immediately to Porto Torres, complete with a report of 229.50 euros, provided for in violation of the current ordinances of the Maritime District turritano.

The control and intervention activities of the Port Authority in the context of the "Mare Sicuro" 2023 operation, which as usual sees the operational effort of the Coast Guard intensified during the summer season, also made it possible to identify a sailing vessel moored inside the waters reserved for bathing, about 120 meters from the beach of Balai. Also in this case, its handler, from Porto Torres, was charged with violating the regulations.
