Ittiri, a car overturns several times and breaks through the guardrail: one injured

He lost control of his car while taking a curve, with the car overturning several times and climbing over the guardrail before stopping on the edge of the road. It happened this afternoon, around 4 pm, on the Sp 15 Sassari-Ittiri, in the direction of Ittiri.

The driver was helped out of the car by two passers-by, who were passing by at the time, and was then handed over to 118 personnel . The causes of the road accident, which did not involve other vehicles or injuries other than the driver, are still being ascertained.

Upon arrival on site, the firefighters secured the car and the protruding parts of the guardrail, which were removed with the help of hydraulic shears. Also on site were 118, the Highway Police and the Carabinieri for the relevant surveys.
