The unemployed Fabrizio Congiu, accused of the murder of his landlord, Venerato Sardu, was sentenced to thirty years in prison by the Assize Court of Cagliari . The prosecution, with the public prosecutor Andrea Massidda, had requested life imprisonment for him.
