Two grams of cocaine hidden inside a pants pocket, many more present in the house. For this reason a young Ukrainian was arrested in Olbia, considered responsible for drug dealing. The intervention of the Carabinieri began yesterday afternoon, when during a control activity the soldiers realized that the young man was rather nervous. The first search, personal, led to the first discovery of narcotics.
The Carabinieri then decided to extend the search to the house. And the young man, just before entering his apartment, shouted to his partner to get rid of the drugs . It wasn't enough: the soldiers caught up with her as she was throwing a plastic bag out of the window, with over 150 grams of powdered cocaine. The subsequent house search led to the discovery of another 27 grams of cocaine, divided into small doses ready for sale, over 2 grams of marijuana, a precision electronic scale and other materials for packaging the substance, in addition to 1,065 euros in cash believed to be the proceeds of the drug dealing activity.
The young Ukrainian is now in prison in Nuchis, at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Tempio . His partner, however, has been reported for personal aiding and abetting.
