In the recreational club beer but also cocaine: two arrests in Pirri

Beer on the counter, cocaine for customers who asked for it and, for them, also a "reserved" space to consume the drug.

The agents of the Cagliari Mobile squad arrested the managers of a recreational club in Pirri: a forty-three-year-old and a twenty-nine-year-old ended up in handcuffs. Both are charged with possession for the purpose of drug dealing.

The investigators of the Diffuse Crime Section, after having observed the movements from outside the club, decided to enter late yesterday evening.

The management couple immediately seemed nervous. During the search, the officers found, in the storage room behind the counter, a clutch bag containing over 16 grams of cocaine, two precision scales and various packaging materials.

In one of the bathrooms, above the toilet waste box, a mirror with traces of cocaine and two plastic cards, used for taking the drug, were then found .

250 euros in banknotes of various denominations and some sheets of paper with names and numbers written down, believed to be attributable to the drug dealing activity, were then found in the cash register of the club.

The two were placed under house arrest: the arrest was validated by the Judge and the measure of the obligation to stay in the municipality of residence was applied to them, accompanied by the obligation to stay at home at night.
