Not just raw materials, bread, electricity and gas. The price of diesel fuel has also restarted, which by now has exceeded that of petrol by about 20 cents per liter throughout Sardinia. It happens because the demand for the former is much higher than that for the latter, which is used almost only for private vehicles.

The motorists who approach the distributor for refueling notice this, it is certified by the observatory of the Ministry of Economic Development, which collects the (mandatory) communications of all operators.

In Cagliari and hinterland (99 distributors monitored) the average of diesel, at self service, now travels above € 1.80. The usual IP of Settimo San Pietro is an exception, one of the cheapest on the island even in the darkest period of speculation in recent months. The green, on the other hand (always self), stands at less than 1.65 euros.

It is worse on the Nuorese state roads: on the 131 Dcn diesel at 1.88 euros, petrol at 1.67.

On the Carlo Felice, in the very popular Tramatza service station, diesel flies at 1.96, the green is 25 cents less.

Situation identical to Cagliaritano in the Sassari area, as in Olbia.

Meanwhile, the deadline for the extension of the cut in excise duties is approaching: the latest government decree, which reduces the price to us by about 30 cents, expires at the end of October.
