There is a new starred restaurant in Sardinia: in the Michelin guide for 2023 the recognition was assigned today to “Il Fuoco sacro” of the Petra secret resort in San Pantaleo.

Thus the number of bars on the island has risen to six and can boast the emblem that certifies gastronomic excellence.

The others, all confirmed from the last edition, are Dal Corsaro in Cagliari, Fradis Minoris in Pula, Somu in Baia Sardinia (Arzachena), ConFusion in Porto Cervo (also in Arzachena) and Gusto By Sadler in San Teodoro.

All have been awarded a star. While with three the Villa Crespi restaurant in Orta San Giulio enters the elite of world catering, led by Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo.
