Musical reunion twenty-five years after the release of the album "Quintetto atlantico". Friday at the Filippo Canu hall in Porto Torres, at 7 pm, "Garibaldi and the music of two worlds" will see on stage Enzo Favata on saxophones, UT Gandhi on drums, Daniele Di Bonaventura on bandoneon, Marcello Peghin on guitar and Salvatore Maltana on double bass .
The CD is a musical journey through Argentina and South America inspired by Latin American writers, from Borges to Sepulveda, from Marquez to Soriano. The concept album published by "il manifesto" was an immediate recording success and opened a successful season for the Atlantic quintet, with over 300 concerts all over the world in the span of five years of activity from 1999 to 2004, with several tours also in 'Latin America, in many cities of Brazil and in Argentina in Buenos Aires.
An international band of the highest level with the new interpretation of some of the group's most famous themes, from "Milonga del Sol" to "Ushuaia", from "Penelope" to "Patagonia Express".
