A businessman from Quartu Sant'Elena reported by the police for having employed a foreign worker without a residence permit and for having placed cameras to monitor his employees.
The discovery was made during a check by the soldiers of the local station and those of Selargius, in collaboration with colleagues from the Radiomobile and the Labor Inspectorate Unit of Cagliari.
From the inspection, in particular, it emerged that the owner of the business had a 60-year-old Tunisian without documents working illegally since at least 2009.
The police then noticed three cameras with which the trader was monitoring the staff, in defiance of the regulations.
For this reason, in addition to being reported to the Cagliari Prosecutor's Office, the man was fined a total of three thousand euros.
