"I'll drive you to exasperation anyway." It is one of the threats that a 68-year-old from Sassari allegedly made to her neighbor in a hinterland town and which, according to the prosecution, she carried out from 2014 to 2017.

In recent days in court in Sassari, the consequences of the threats that the woman allegedly made to the offended party emerged during the discussion. From «Good morning, do you know what day this is? It's the day of your ruin" to "Pay your debts or kill yourself or else I'll kill you" to "I'll kill your dog anyway" and "Today I'll destroy you, you'll regret having reported me", there are different phrases that substantiate the accusation.

The 68-year-old's relationship with her neighbor is defined as "an obsession" which led the former to present, as reported by the plaintiff's lawyer Maria Teresa Pintus, 150 complaints against the latter made to the Municipality and the local police. So much so that the offended party was forced to leave the apartment and file a complaint. But when everything seemed ready for the sentence, judge Sara Pelicci, recognizing what emerged from the investigation as the most serious crimes, handed the documents over to the public prosecutor Mario Leo who should now reformulate the charge.
