"I passed Queen Elizabeth".

This is the ironic comment of Letizia Puddu Pilia of Villanova Tulo who has just turned 100.

The old woman lived for 80 in Pirri because of her husband's work but then expressed the desire to return to her hometown.

Next to her are her family, 8 children, 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren , but also the mayor of Villanova Tulo Alberto Loddo and the municipality of Pirri where she is the only centenarian.

To celebrate with her the whole community who also attended the mass celebrated on the occasion of the birthday.
