Her name is Pippi, the cat who disappeared a few days ago, wandering away from the home of her owner, who was particularly attached to his feline. She disappeared a week ago from her home on Via Piemonte, in the Villaggio Satellite neighborhood of Porto Torres, and hasn't been back since.

On the morning of August 21st, the last sighting was at 8:30 a.m., and then nothing. Pippi is one of the many cats who often get lost in the city. What's special, however, is that her owner, who calls himself Ben Giordo, is willing to offer a €300 reward to anyone who finds her and brings her home. "I've been particularly close to her ever since I adopted her four years ago. I have a deep affection for the animal, as every owner should," he explains. "The financial reward is because we want to encourage people to start searching and have the chance to find her."

The appeal was launched on social media. Pippi is a spayed black cat with a white belly, and her distinguishing features include a scar on her thigh and a cropped ear. She isn't afraid of people, so it shouldn't be difficult to approach her. A simple caress and Pippi could be back home.
