A great showcase, Thursday at Palazzo Doglio, in Cagliari, for the rosé wines of Sardinia. Starting at 7:30 pm, the third edition of “I love rosé” is scheduled, «a convivial and glamorous event», as stated in a press release, «that celebrates the best rosé wines of Sardinia in a sparkling and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for inaugurating the summer in the city». «Born on the initiative of Isabelle and Jean-Paul Tréguer, founders of the winery So Chic!, in collaboration with Palazzo Doglio, “I love rosé” is today an event awaited by enthusiasts, the curious and tourists in search of authentic and quality experiences».

A pink square – The event will take place in Corte Doglio, which will be transformed for the occasion into a large open-air pink square. The protagonists of the evening will be twelve of the most prestigious wineries on the island, which will present their best rosé labels for tasting – both still and sparkling – offering a true sensory journey into the heart of Sardinian wine production. Cantine Nuraghe Anthigori, Cantine Argiolas, Audarya, Contini 1898, Cantine di Dolianova, Cantina Mesa, Podere Guardia Grande, Cantina Santadi, Sella & Mosca, Siddùra, So Chic! and Vigne Surrau will be present.

"To accompany the tastings," the note continues, "a selection of gourmet street food, culinary proposals to be enjoyed while strolling among the cellar stalls, with the accompaniment of live music that will enliven the entire evening. Admission is free, while to access the tastings it will be sufficient to purchase a ticket on site. The public is invited to participate with a touch of pink, to fully experience the atmosphere of the first real "Pink Night" of the Cagliari summer ."
