The final ranking of beneficiaries, eligible non-beneficiaries and excluded persons has been approved regarding the granting of contributions for the reduction of rent costs, intended for Sardinian students attending university courses in universities located outside Sardinia in the academic year 2023-2024.

Ilaria Portas, councilor for public education, made the announcement: «Still on the subject of the right to study», she states, «the final rankings for the Fitto Casa Anno Accademico 2023-2024 procedure were published today, which contains the list of beneficiaries of the contribution that compensates, up to a maximum of 2,500 euros, the rental costs of island students who attend university courses in universities located outside Sardinia . A very important intervention that offers support to all those who wish to train in a university other than those present on the island. We must support our boys and girls so that they can express themselves at their best and find professional opportunities as close as possible to their desires».

The contribution is part of a series of interventions in favor of university studies , with the aim of expanding the possibilities for the island's students to educate themselves and acquire an academic qualification outside the regional territory.

In order to receive the assigned contribution, the beneficiary students will have to present the supporting documents for the expenses incurred through the regional IT platforms , as soon as they are made available.
