The yellow alert for heat waves in the Cagliari area has been extended until Friday 19 July. We can read it in the new bulletin of the Ministry of Health.

The level 1 alert code is triggered for temperatures ranging from 22°C to 32°C, with a maximum perceived temperature reaching 35°C.

The ministry's warning system is aimed at preventing the effects of heat waves on the health of the population.

Health and social services are on pre-alert.
