Not everything that is advancing in the Sardinian health companies is new . The appointments that are marking time after the commissioners have the flavour of a half-reset .

From the new list of health and administrative directors - who on paper must free the health system from the "Solinas disaster", as Campo Largo has been accusing for over a year -, reconfirmations of the outgoing members and repechages from the past emerge . All from the center-right. Paradoxically, those responsible for the catastrophe.

At the moment, therefore, the revolution promised by Todde, together with an increasingly unstable Armando Bartolazzi, does not seem to be coming to fruition . The first confirmed is Gianluca Calabrò , who gained experience in the control rooms when the center-right was leading the Island. The manager moved from Industry to Labor Policies. Another outgoing person, Roberto Massazza, is also one step away from being confirmed, the orthopedic surgeon who will maintain the role of health director at ASL 8 in Cagliari, according to rumor. In the same company in the capital, Calabrò's place seems to be taken by Cristina Garau , in a reverse path, given that the manager comes from AOU.

At Brotzu, for the administrative leadership, the focus is on Antonio Tognotti who, with the centre-right of Solinas, held the same position at Aou of Cagliari in 2022. If the rumours are confirmed, Marco Biagini, current Da (given to be transferred to Areus), will leave the scene, but above all the DS Raimondo Pinna will lose his position , who   he will be able to direct the new Plastic Surgery department, as in the role assigned to him by the former director general Agnese Foddis, who was fired by Campo Largo at the end of April.

Outside the capital, however, everything is much more uncertain.
